The Indonesian Society of Interventional Cardiology (ISIC)

The Indonesian Society of Interventional Cardiology (ISIC), is an expert professional group dedicated for the progress of interventional cardiology in Indonesia. This society actively hold annual scientific events, as well as supporting research and coordinating fellowship program for interventional cardiology all across Indonesia.
 
ISIC was founded in 1998. At that time, Indonesia has a very limited number of interventional cardiologist. Since then, the quality of education for interventional cardiology has grown exponentially. Curriculum was standardized, new training hospitals were added, and fellowship abroad was formalized. In 2017, there were around 350 listed member of ISIC.
 
Every year the annual scientific meeting Indonesian Society of Interventional Cardiology (ISICAM) was organized, and this year would be the 10th.
 
We aim to establish partnership with other interventional societies and other disciplines in cardiology, both locally and internationally. It has been our mission and commitment to give our best for interventional cardiology improvement in Indonesia.
